This project is located in Ilocos Sur. It is a medium-scale irrigation project, providing irrigation water to six cities such as New Bantay, etc. with the agricultural lands of 6000 hectare all the year round. The whole project includes the canal head of pumping station, tunnel, connecting canal, main canal, branch canal, field auxiliary project and paddy field drainage facilities.

During construction, this project exports a large number of pipes, pumping stations, concrete mixers, concrete materials and other project materials, and CAMCEL arranges different types of ships for transportation according to characteristics of different goods, which not only ensures safe transportation of goods but also saves cost of ocean shipment for customers.
